• Search by order number - The plugin allows you to search for orders not only by customer, but also by order number.
• Order number length - You can set your own total order number length. We recommend using a maximum of 10 digits.
• Starting order number - We will allow you to set the order number from which you want to use the new numbering settings.
• Order date format - You can use variables to set your own date formatting for orders.
• Order number date breakpoint - You can also set the correct breakpoint for date formatting - change of year, month, day or none.
• Order number prefix and sufix - You can add a prefix or suffix to the purchase order number. You can use a formatted date, currency, and country for both options.
• Text variables - You can use several well-designed variables to format an order number - order date, current year (2 or 4 digits), current day or month (with or without leading zero).
• Override free orders - You can set a separate format for zero-payment orders. You may use all available options.
• Variable symbol generation - We also allow you to create variable order symbols using multiple variables such as: Date, Year, Month, Day, or Order Number with leading zeros.
• Update existing orders - The plugin allows you not only to modify new orders, but also to update existing orders according to the new numbering.
